2024 Week of Welcome – Ice Cream Social!
Armed with ingredients like half-and-half, sugar, liquid nitrogen, and coconut milk (for those with dairy restrictions!), SPS made ice cream from scratch for the School of Physics. Faculty and students had the choice of vanilla, strawberry (with real fruit), or coconut, and toppings like pineapple, chocolate chip, and syrup. Thanks to everyone who came to enjoy a cold treat!
